Eating habits and delicious hamburgers
Hello, my name is Betty and I am from Perú. Today I will tell you about my eating habit😉 ... ❤. At breakfast, I mostly don't eat heavy food, if there is no chapo con leche I take a glass of quaker with a sandwich. ❤. At lunch, my mother always varies the food, including beans, potatoes and meats; which generates balance in the diet and everything is always accompanied by its respective salad. ❤.
